At Spirit of the Horse, we want you to love what you bring home.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
⭐ Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for online orders.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
📦 How to Start a Return (Online Orders)

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.
⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🔁 Exchanges (Online Orders)
If you would like to exchange an item:
- Please request a return first
- Once approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item
Customers are responsible for:

✔️ Shipping costs for the replacement item
This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Equine supplements
- First aid and medical products
- Opened or used health, grooming, or topical products
- Items showing any signs of use
- Bits or tack that contact the horse’s mouth
- Custom, personalized, or special-order items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
**For health and safety reasons, any items that have been used on a horse cannot be returned.
If you are unsure whether an item is eligible, please contact us before purchasing.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
