⭐ Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


⭐ Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship across Canada.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and carrier rates.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Western Canada: 2–7 business days
  • Central & Eastern Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Remote locations may require additional time

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


⭐ Shipping Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or other courier services, depending on destination and package size.


⭐ Local Pickup (Bragg Creek)

Local pickup is available at our Bragg Creek location.

If pickup is offered for your order, instructions will be provided after checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready.


⭐ International Shipping

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.


⭐ Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


⭐ Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider. However, we will do our best to help resolve any issues.
